    The question is “Does the law apply to liquor licenses issued prior to conviction?” If other felons lost their license, then DJT should not be exempt.

  19. This seems like a grandstanding sideshow. The liquor license is issued to the business, not to Trump personally, as none of these “Trump” businesses are sole proprietorship. If there is an actual problem with percentage ownership or some other technicality, it can be quickly fixed by clarifying terms under which Don Jr holds nominal authority. They’re wasting everyone’s time and they certainly know that they are.

    And while you’re at it, send the forensic sales tax investigators in there too. Let’s see if these “upstanding businesses” have been cheating New Jerseyans out of sales tax revenue for years.

  24. Anyone know the liquor license laws in London County, VA? It would be a shame if a complaint was filed with them.
