I’m overspending on rent. I guess having a place to live is a luxury these days
I am reigning in my own excessive spending.
– I have consolidated all my bills onto one credit card so it is easy to view
– I have set a budget for large purchases ($0) and pay my cc balance monthly
– I have removed unnecessary subscriptions and even some ones that I liked
– I stopped ordering delivery and at most get take-out. I am trying to make more food at home
It is easy to fall into a comfortable life in American and losing your comforts can be terrifying. But you don’t really need much to live and so much is free. I think I am very blessed and hope to have finance peace of mind soon.
