что угодно просто игнорировали другие мнения в Министерстве иностранных дел пока же Запад игнорирует наши интересы и при этом запрещая Киеву вести переговоры всё время лицемерно призывает нас каким-то переговорам выглядит просто э поит видим легитимности действующей исполнительной власти на Украине эти условия очень простые украинские войска должны быть полностью выведены из Донецкой Луганской народных республик Херсонской и Запорожской областей причём обращаю внимание именно со всей территории этих регионов в пределах их административных границ которые существовали на момент их вхождения в Украину как только в Киеве заявит о том что готова к такому об отказе от планов вступления в НАТО с нашей стороны незамедлительно буквально в ту же минуту последует приказ прекратить огонь и начать переговоры конечно же хотели бы рассчитывать Что такое решение и о выводе войск и о внеблоковый статусе И о начале диалога с Россией от которого зависит будущее существование Украины в Киеве будут принимать самостоятельно исходя из сложившихся реалий и руководствуясь подлинными национальными интересами украинского народа а не по Западной указке хотя на этот счёт существуют конечно большие сомнения Сегодня мы делаем ещё одно конкретное реальное Мирное предложение если в Киеве и в западных столицах от него как и прежде также откажутся то в конце концов это их дело их политическая и моральная ответственность за продолжение кровопролития очевидно реалии на земле на линии боевого соприкосновения будут и дальше меня не в пользу и условия для начала переговоров будут другими подчеркну главное суть нашего предложения не в каком-то временном перемирии или приостановке огня как это Например как этого хочет Запад чтобы восстановить потери [музыка] шени

President Vladimir Putin said on Friday (June 14) that Russia would cease fire and enter peace talks if Ukraine dropped its NATO ambitions and withdrew its forces from four Ukrainian regions claimed by Moscow.

On the eve of a peace conference in Switzerland to which Russia has not been invited, Putin set out a series of conditions wholly at odds with the terms demanded by Ukraine.

  1. Next peace proposal will be much tougher for Ukraine and its US paymasters. In 1944 Chief of Staff Keitel purportedly asked, "What shall we do?", to which Rundstedt replied, "Make peace, you fools! What else can you do?"

  2. I don't think the West will allow Ukraine to agree with Putin. Although it's time to admit that neither NATO equipment, nor a lot of money, nor thousands of sanctions will help defeat Russia anymore

  9. The offer is ridiculous to start with. You can’t keep half of another country, that you’ve stolen, killing hundreds of thousands of it people to do so. The people of those regions want to be Ukraine. We’ve seen that from the start. Also your word means NOTHING.

  22. A promise of a ceasefire and the end to this war. Would the world rather take their chances at the end of a conflict or risk this esculating into WW3? Judging by the comments here, it seems people would prefer WW3 than a chance to end the loss of countless Ukrainian and Russian lives.

    I don't think any country that isn't in NATO to have NATO on their doorstep.

  27. A conditional retreat from Ukraines Territory, repatriation of All children and POW's.
    Might be a good way start talks, anything less would be a poor joke.
