well the reassurance I can give people is there is nothing in this Manifesto that requires those taxes to rise and people can also I think judge Rachel Reeves on her record as Shadow Chancellor she has made the case and prosecuted the Tories over the fact that they have sent the tax burden rising and rising and rising and she wants to bring it down and when it comes to things like the sun’s long-standing campaign on fuel Duty she has always backed those campaigns because she knows that motorists are really suffering at the pump at the moment in terms of prices so without wanting to speak for Rachel or write her budgets for her um you know I think Rachel has shown time and again that she understands the pressures on motorists and the pressures of the prices at the pumps I know that as a motorist myself
