  1. The entire control of Ukraine is in the hands of NATO and America, therefore Zelensky cannot take any decision on peace talks. NATO and America want a long war with Russia so that Russia can be broken economically.

  11. Russia is basically putting the peace plan ahead of its pending major offense which is going to have a devastating effect. Destruction would be worse than Gaza therefore Russia wants to shield itself from the criticism that world come from rest of the world. What matters to Russia is now only the non-western world opinion. Destruction would be mainly in infrastructure which Russia has spared for last 2 years. It will be the total collapse of the state of Ukraine and probably deaths bigger than in Gaza. Russia is likely to start with new territories when Trump in Office.
