You’d think the bill was going to become law to tomorrow. It’s not even been presented to parliament yet. You got given a heads up it was on the way and as normal, the details being presented to parliament first is pretty common….unless it’s a budget…those always leak.
The term ‘cack handed’ is of course an old slur against left-handed people. I expect better from the (supposedly progressive) devolved administrations than this sort of micro-aggression on a par with making me use scissors that aren’t my special ones.
