Obviously they added the computer skills criteria recently because their previous person soenstbknw where full stops go
No, no, that’s actually what you get
“must have a passion for Warehouse Admin”
Report it for offering below minimum wage
Is there a legal requirement to state salary?
Surely salary is based on experience and could have a wide range?
I wonder if this was the poster on here complaining about people cancelling interviews for personal reasons.
Only employers benefit from secrecy about salaries so I’m not surprised they don’t want to give a figure
/u/hippihippo that you? 😏
Is this up from the Harvey Nash recruitment consultants?
“experience with in-house computer systems” must’ve been written by some genius in HR.
Surely if it’s an in-house system then the person applying would need to already have done this particular job in this particular warehouse? Was this one of those jobs where they already know who’s getting it but are legally obliged to list it?
This year I decided to reply with every LinkedIn message I was getting advertising “incredible opportunities” with “Generous salaries” with my current remuneration package.
My replies have basically vanished. Good way to weed out the shite talk.
It’s like a murder mystery trying to find out how much money some employers are offering. They won’t tell you how much the role offers till you’ve done 8 zoom interviews, explained every gap in your cv, given a blood sample, given them all your primary school teachers names and addresses, climbed to the top of a volcano, murdered a homeless man while screaming the company’s name and filled out an application form. “Ok, so we are offering a competitive salary of 22k”.
This must be the same guy who lists everything he puts on done deal at €1 then gets upset when I give him one euro and ask for the keys to his Mercedes.
