No, you only have to isolate at home now if a family member has covid if you need to hide away for a bit in order to avoid awkward questions from the press about lockdown parties.
I’m all for holding people accountable, however the current guidance wouldn’t require him to self isolate. Also, at least he’s the smart one wearing a mask especially given a family member is positive.

I hate these guys as much as anyone, but the guidance had changed. My daughter has Covid but because we’re all testing negative daily my son is still in school and I should be going to work.
A bad idea perhaps, but not against guidelines. If he is testing daily and is still negative then he is free to go to work as normal. It would be better if he did wear a mask under the circumstances, however, again, he is free to not do so.
Not agaisnt the guidelines sure but the guidelines are daft. You could very well be infectious and lfts would miss it.
My family currently has covid. My daily tests are all negative. Do I want to out? Fuck yes I do. Am I? No. Because I’m not an entitled cunt.
