Why is it internationally acceptable for Scotland to vote on independence, but not Novorossiya or Crimea?
Double standard.
What about catalonia?
If Scotland were to join the EU as an independent nation, it would immediately become the single most Euroskeptic member of the EU.
I really wish the best future to everybody involved, but call me skeptical about nationalists being the solution to Brexit woes. It feels like the same mentality that led to it.
The Scots really should think about finding allies in the rest of Britain, win a coalition government, and rejoin the European Union. If they really do prefer a multiethnic federal union, they probably would do well to gain more experience legislating in one.
