Made in Turkey COVID-19 masks provoke controversy in Greek parliament

  1. Why are these masks not produced themselves, they are very simple to make. I think they could meet the mask needs of all Greece with the production to be made in 4-5 factories. 🤔

  2. [I have one better](https://inbusinessnews.reporter.com.cy/paraepixeirimatika/article/169968/panikos-ga-to-bifteki-glopoylas-tis-alfameg), from Cyprus, under an ad for *turkey burgers*:

    > Who can so easily sell his country out? Only a newly rich person who doesn’t know what being displaced means. Shame on you for trading with people of different religions. There’s so many European countries you could trade with. Antichristian sellouts!

    > *supermarket explains that turkey is a bird*

    > Thanks for the clarification. Change it. If this supermarket brings Turkish products, I’ll never shop there. Thanks.

  3. Fucking yo yo’s. Someone needs to remind them that Greek exports to Turkey increased by nearly 40% in 2021.

Leave it to a Greek communist to raise such a stupid issue and conflate it with refugees.

Leave it to the government MP to take a knee jerk apologetic response.

    Utter silliness
