US attack sub, Canada navy patrol ship arrive in Cuba on heels of Russian warships

2. The USA needs to work out a new agreement and partnership with Cuba.

   I have no doubt that the Cuban people would like to be close with with USA rather than Russia.

   Biden or Trump should figure out how to increase influence.

   One way to increase influence is to open USA tourists to Cuba and other trade because that will change the whole dynamic and better way of life for Cubans.

   Do it!

4. Smart move by the Cubans as this keeps them from getting drawn into another missile crisis while keeping the US informed of what is happening through Canada as a proxy. We have been playing this role with Cuba and the US for way to long and it is about time both grew up and got over thier problems.

5. Good work Canada but let me say, as a Canadian, I would gladly donate a few dollars towards paint. Come on people. Look at the state of that ship’s paint.
