Ironic you say this.
We are in a suburb of Dallas Texas. Every time a business closes, it is replaced by either a dentist office or a vape shop. I kind of understand a dentist office as they have higher customer revenue and receive insurance reimbursement. But a vape shop? Never see more than 1 customer in a vape shop at any given time.
