  1. This presidential candidate has a worse rap sheet than me, and I can’t even work for Uber or DoorDash.

  2. He’s going to get a big big fine, and some harsh words.

  3. This is something we need to drive home as well.

If anyone of us would have been a convicted felon like Trump, we wouldn’t be able to get a job in some places. Wouldn’t be able to do certain things like own a gun.

So why does Trump get a pass to run for president? And shouldn’t the president be the job for the most qualified and proper citizen among us?

Edit: Yall are misunderstanding my point. I am not suggesting that the job for president should have a clause that says felons cannot apply.

I’m saying that if we don’t give felons jobs and take their liberty (in some cases), then Trump doesn’t ***deserve*** to be president either.

  4. We need to not allow this to happen. You should always refer to him as convicted felon Trump or the convicted criminal or the convicted felon and racist (and whatever other of his crimes and misdeeds you wish to list)

  5. I’ve sadly found **far** too many instances where the following applies but to *this*, specifically, it is ideally suited:

    > *“It is clear to me now that the Republic no longer functions.”*

    ~ A rebellious & **principled** space-handmaiden & dismayed royalty, Padmé Amidala

  6. I’m so sick of this “slippery Don” myth. It’s complete horseshit. The dude posted bond and is being sentenced next month. The reason most people have to report to jail is because they post bond. Fuck.

  7. He’s not sidestepping anything, unlikely he’ll spend time in jail though.

  8. Has anyone asked: “how can a dozens-times *convicted felon* be allowed to occupy—or even be allowed to run for—the office of the American Presidency?” And I mean people who have a say in things, not regular people like us. How is this normal? Forget that he tried to overthrow the government and make himself dictator, that was unforgivable enough.

  9. Any person convicted and has a probation hearing can bring their lawyer now. They can site Trump as precedent, right? This is the 2-tier justice system.

  10. Felons apparently can run for president though. That’s not really sidestepping consequences, at least not in the sense that he has an unfair advantage in terms of how the law applies to him.

  11. IMO his conviction is gonna have no affect on his support. Now all of his supporters think he’s a martyr

  12. and yet we still have idiots on the left refusing to vote for biden of israel/Palestine when they have zero understanding of history, the geo political landscape, our allies or anything else really. its a vote for trump except even more pathetic.

  13. Conclusion: US justice is two-tiered, flaunting the principle of equality of men.

  14. The fact that us normal felons who made mistakes and honestly learned from them have to suffer the rest of our lives, while this orange fuck gets to sidestep a critical hit and nothing happens to him . Shits just disgusting.

  15. Are they still working on his sentence? I was told it would be on the 11th and I haven’t heard anything. Did they just mean discussion would start on the 11th? I have no idea how this process works.

  16. Who made the decision that he didn’t have to take a drug test?

  17. I can’t wait to hear you crying when the appellate court throws out the convictions. Just like Weinstein

  18. Consequences? What consequences? There have been no consequences – he’s walking around a free man

  19. The justice system is kind to politically powerful domestic terrorist

  20. I hope all u angry people take your anger to the ballot box and actually vote against this shithead.

  21. Being called a convicted felon doesn’t make it true.

  22. No shit. He’s wealthy. That’s how the two tier system works. One set of rules for people that rich and one for everyone else.

  23. You want to know what sounds really bad, felony, felony, felony, felony, felony, felony, felony, felony, felony, felony, felony, felony, felony, felony, felony, felony, felony, felony, felony, felony, felony, felony, felony, felony, felony, felony, felony, felony, felony, felony, felony, felony, felony, felony !

  24. America: you simply CANNOT let that man have another term as President. And you pretty much all know this. So when the time comes, go and vote, and make sure he gets nothing.
