WiFi on Public Transport in Northern Ireland (Translink)?

I travel to Northern Ireland a fair bit without a local sim hoping to connect to WiFi once I arrive. Never much luck. Normally I’d opt for the AirCoach to Belfast (from Dublin Airport) but it was fully booked on my recent arrival and I was lumped onto a Translink bus. Again no internet on the bus as well as the connecting train out of Belfast. Ended up lugging massive bags a good half mile because I couldn’t sort a lift from the station. I can only remember one time from Belfast International after trying random networks as it was labelled “mimu” or something. Even had issues buying train tickets by card because conductors couldn’t connect online/had to use their own sims etc. That was yonks ago tbf but is this a thing or am I just really unlucky. Tried on both my iPhone and Android this time so don’t think it’s my phone.
