Hi, I have some kind of smart energy counter in my building, and I was wondering if there is any way I came read the current value with an app or something. See picture:
Thats just a “stupid” digital meter. There are some addon devices you can put on the photodiod and can read out the data for you. Else you have to take a flashlight to enter the pin by flashing this diod. After entering the pin you can “browse” through” the data on the display.
But dont expect detailed data. When you want detailed Data get a real smartmeter. Or the much cheaper version, buy a management system which is measuring the current flows directly. But allways remember that every addon, expect the “official” smartmeter, isnt a callibrated measuring device.
