   Forcing russia to surrender means DEVASTATING sanctions under the threat of IMMEDIATE and FULL-SCALE military intervention. Surrender means surrender and isn’t obtained through a simple strongly-worded letter. Are you ready for this?

   Short of this, that statement is meaningless.
