Help needed regarding transfer to WUST (Wroclaw University of Science and Technology)

To make a long story short, I want to transfer to WUST from a different Polish uni as a second year comp sci student. https://wit.pwr.edu.pl/en/students/transfer

I don’t understand the following points, so if anyone could help make them clear that would be great:

1-Regarding the admission index mentioned in https://rekrutacja.pwr.edu.pl/rekrutacja/progi-punktowe/progi-studia-i-stopnia-stacjonarne/ , what do these numbers mean? What is admission index?

2- What exactly does ECTS mean? How do I know what my ECTS or admission index is?
