Some of the Russian soldiers encircled in the aggregate plant Vovchansk have started surrendering. At least 24 Russian soldiers have been taken POW. Around 400 soldiers are holed up in the complex consisting of 20+ buildings

I vividly remember Avastapol (I prayed for days) and I believe Ukraine is readying smart bombs for the intended destination and what will be left is compacted ground suitable for a parking lot.
