Did you forget to change the billing from annual to monthly/quarterly and have ended up with a bill for 12 months of insurance?
Tesla?
Looks like the 97** is the insurance pay.
You pay the road tax through your insurance Company, thats why you have them both on the same invoice.
Is the vehicle insured? Cause if not, there’s a penalty fee of 150kr per day.
Edit: This is probably insurance fee from the insurance for the entire year. Insurance companies will accept a monthly payment with AvtaleGiro so you don’t have to pay the whole amount at once.
Kasko is expensive, and the road tax is included in the insurance since ca 2018.
Contact your insurance company with questions about the bill
3176 seems to be the Trafikkforsikringsavgift, 8.7*365 ( assuming this is an elbil ). The other amount is for your vehicle insurance, presumably. And like the others have pointed out, you seem to be paying yearly.
Det er en helt vanlig årlig regning det.
Det er også lurt å ta ringerunden for å få bedre vilkår.

You’re getting it because you’re required by law to have car insurance, and it sounds like you didn’t choose your own insurance plan yet. Most likely you were put on some default (i.e. expensive) insurance plan. Typically the amount will be paid in monthly installments, so if you don’t do anything you’ll get a bill for around 1100kr/month from now on. That’s why it says “se trekkene på Betalingsoversikt AvtaleGiro”, which basically means you can see the future payments if you go to “Betalingsoversikt”. My own insurance documents say the same, and I pay monthly.
My guess is that you’re not locked to this insurance plan and can still shop around for something cheaper. Around 10k for insuring a Leaf sounds a little expensive.
The first is the insurance price until your next insurance , I imagine it is the time between change of ownership until you write the insurance or between your last insurance payment and today or something like that.
The next two rows are for the entire next year. The 9.7k is the annual insurance cost. The 3k is road tax.
Some insurance companies will charge for the entire year if you dont satisfy their credit check.
