Based off of someone I talked to over there, Russians are attempting to flank and push into the western bank of the canal line of Chasiv Yar while they move closer to begin bombardment of the area. A slow push but they’re just trying to get that pocket of ground

This is so different than Russian infantry. Movement is coordinated. The soldier with the worst injuries is prio’d. They have actual quality medical equipment that they know how to use. Good communication establishing situational awareness.
If this was a Russian squad we’d be watching a vid of a dude trying to tie a piece if rubber to his leg, give up and than eat a 5.45×39mm sandwich.
Godspeed to them. I hope the UA mobilization will give the top units (47th, Kraken et al.) a well earned breather at some point.
