For any non spanish speakers, loosely translated as ‘we have something in common then with your whore of a mother’
Sorry to all my Italian bros, but I have been all over Spain and all over Italy, and in my opinion, Spanish cities and landscape are much better than Italy’s. Spain is just a more diverse country than Italy. While I agree that Italy is very diverse and the north is much different from the south, the diversity in Spain is actually unbelievable for a country of its size. Each region seems like a different country whatsoever, and it is not like Portugal in which you have like 3 distinct looks in the country. In Spain you have like 10 or more regions which look completely different from each other. Regarding food, I agree, fashion as well, but when it comes to cities and landscape, I will have to defend my Iberian brothers to the end, because I honestly think that the Iberian peninsula is BY FAR the most beautiful place in Europe. Italy, Norway, Switzerland/Austria and other places are also beautiful, but not quite like Iberia! (I am including Baleares, Canarias, Açores and Madeira btw, because they add a lot to the diversity of the peninsular countries)
If you didn’t already guess, Mathieu Gallard is, of course, French
I’ll take Spanish Tapas and Cerveza over anything Italian any day of the week.
Perhaps prime Monica Bellucci, but that’s about it.
Man Spanish Erasmus students are the loudest humans I’ve ever heard…and I’ve heard Neapolitans
More noisy than Italians? How would that even be possible?
What an absolute bellend. The confidence one can have uttering some bullshit with their non-anonymous account as a semi-public person, political analyst and IEP graduate no less, is staggering. Or this is photoshopped.
ciudades feas? vale. que te den por el culo hijo de las mil putas.
Friendly fire.
I’m apologize for those Luigi though.
Everyone but the last are clearly am*rican larpers. No italian would say spain is worse
Basado
Seems to be trying hard to lose their one ‘friendly people’ W
His mother owns a prostitute? What? Typical PIGS ambiguity
The first ones are either purposely trolling or are incredibly chronically online. Italians and Spaniards are incredibly friendly towards one and other. Comparing the countries directly is also kind of dumb because they are so immensely different. Italy is absolutely beautiful and I definitely do get a warm “at home” feeling there, but it’s not the same feeling of literally being at home in my own country with my own language and culture that I feel in Spain (and maybe a little in Portugal). It’s not that there’s anything wrong with Italy, I absolutely love it, I just think the countries are more different than many people realize.
I apologise to all my Siesta loving bros, they basically called you Southern Italians, that’s fucked up
Spain and Italy, but all southern European countries are so different, with similarities only on the surface. Both beautiful but totally unique.
Whenever people make these ignorant generalization it shows what simpletons they are. You can’t have travelled to places like Andalusia, Trentino, Galicia or Sicily and think that either of these two countries is a lesser imitation of the other. They have similarities, sure, but they are so diverse and unique as soon as you scratch the surface.
It feels like when boomers say that Star Wars and Dune are the same thing because they’re both sci-fi. It’s just cringe
