So the plan is to continue funding the cartels but also waste HSE resources. Galaxy brain stuff.
This is so fucken idiotic. I work in addiction and can’t imagine the reasoning going into this model.

Facepalms* just fucking legalise it lads our health service is already overwhelmed we don’t need every lad caught with a 25 bag being pushed into rehab ….
