  1. The club, which is based in the commune of Amalfi but plays in nearby Maiori (maybe it’s because Amalfi is full of tourist attractions and don’t have any space to build a stadium), was founded in 2012, and started to participate in Promozione after acquiring Comprensorio Valcalore (who was based in the nearby commune of Roccadaspide)’s place in 2013. In 2017, they won Girone D 4 points over Calpazio and gained promotion to Eccellenza. After another 7 years of playing there, in the 2023-24 season, they managed to secure 3rd place in the regular season to qualify for the play-offs, in which they defeated Scafatese and Castel San Giorgio to advance to the national play-offs. In the semi-finals, they easily defeated San Cataldo from the Basilicata region 5-2 (2-1 at home and 3-1 away) to advance to the finals, in which they would face Bisceglie from the Puglia region. After a 1-1 draw at Bisceglie, they were once again forced into a 1-1 draw in 90 minutes at home, but a goal that they found in extra time ended up sealing the game, as the small coastal tourist town as well as its surrounding coastline will be represented in the national stage for football for the first time ever in their history!
