Sorry for the dumb question. But I need to send a document to a consulate and they ask to probide them with a “prepaid return mailing envelope”..
Is this an option I can select at DHL? Or do I need yo send an envelope (with stamps? Is that what they mean with prepaid?) within the envelope that I send them?
Super confused with this hopefully someone here knows. It’s for US consulate if that helps.
