4. Ngl I was a little surprised to see the Scottish parties would have their own manifestos! From a rundown by [STV](https://news.stv.tv/politics/general-election-scottish-libdem-manifesto-launch-reform-uk-release-contract-labour-battlebus), the Lib Dems seems to focus largely on social care, however social care is devolved so I found it a bit odd given its a UK general election.
