  1. Frankenleopard.

Sounds like an outstanding weapon 🙂

  2. Sounds like a rough unit to run into on the ground as well. After watching a Bradley erode a T-90 head on with its Bushmaster chain gun, this might be a really good all around unit.

  3. Hah, again the disparity…

Leopard 1 refurb = modern optics, NV, thermals, ERA… Skyranger turrets

russian T-series refurb = can move forward and has either:

    1.  a turret that can rotate with a cannon that fires and some cope cage additions and flesh armor.

    2.  a garden shed slapped on top, with a cannon that can fire; no turret rotation.

    3. a garden shed slapped on top, crew sealed inside; flesh armor may apply

  4. The good thing about this solution, is that the suspension should be strong enough for its weight and turret traverse speed.

The bad thing will be the low ammo that could be stored.

How they implemented the Gunner without putting him into the turret basket???

  5. I guess this leguar (hybrid from male leopard and female jaguar) will not only boost the fight against drones. I am sure that it will be a great trenchcleaner too.

  6. I mean the Gepard is also just a different turret on a Leopard 1 chassis. Seems mobile enough and it did work perfectly.

  7. Why not use a toyota instead?
Better fuel milage and 4wd and much faster.

Or just a trailor. As little mechanical points of failures.
A tank is cool but you need to truck those around
