The last part (Fidenza-Roma) is becoming very popular in Italy in the last years
Just go straight…
“Go to where the people speak Italian, and sail until they speak something else.”
How long does it take to walk? I’m guessing 2-3 months
There’s a BBC programme of 8(?) “celebs” walking parts of it of different faiths. Really interesting and great ending. If i can remember the name i’ll post it.
Edit: BBC Pilgrimage The Road to Rome.
Might not be available but if you can find it worth a watch
Marketing opportunity for a korean book about the route.
Just take a flight FFS
How safe would it had been to travel this road?
I like how the towns are pretty regularly spaced but then you get to Châlons and then… nothing!
Also it’s Saint Quentin between Arras and Laon
TIL I live in S-Quintin and not St-Quentin
I heard there were many robbers along the way
North of France there is a mistake it’s St. Quentin not S. Quintin

I wonder how long it took on average?
This reminds me of the “lines over Europe” in Erich Von Daniken’s book: [Geoglyphs and worldwide geometrical symbols](http://www.daniken.com/en/topics/07_geoglyphen/04_lines_over_europe_en.htm)

[This guy produced a great video series of the walk if interested](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=or5IfWNqmtg)
I’ve been to Canterbury, it’s not worth the journey!
When I was traveling around Pakistan , I met Japanese Christians that were walking from From Japan to Rome !
Feck that !
I once met an Aussie woman in Arras who was doing it. God had told her to do it in a dream. The Camino de Santiago is a popular walk too.
