  1. “Pro-Kurdish” is a really weird way to call the HDP. They are predominantly supported in the Kurdish regions but their platform and policies aren’t specifically Pro-Kurdish at all.

The man mentioned in this article is a criminal, a pro-terrorist and should be in jail. however, at the moment, Turkish courts are not prosecuting this man, but he is still keeping him in prison, which means that it is not known when his sentence will begin and end. Imagine that you are in purgatory, but you do not know how long your sentence is because no court has tried you. This is what the European court is also objecting to. 🤔
