So when you see man in USA army uniform there’s a big chance he’s serial rapists, there’s no accountability for them. Japanese rape cases shows that USA protect own rapists.
All NCIS rape case files in 21 century were not reported to Congress or the public. Perpetrators had not been punished under Japanese law nor had their cases appeared in the annual reports produced by the Pentagon’s Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Office for the U.S. Congress.
