I don’t even understand this drama anymore. Obviously he’d be one of the first names on the team sheet in important matches but he wants some guarantee which lucho won’t give because if lucho rotates messi of all people, your ass is also getting rotated. As if playing 29 matches instead of 35 a season is going to ruin his career.
I dont get one thing, I know he may want a guarantee spot but why not try this season with us, unless he doesn’t fit Lucho system at all like Ugarte which I doubt since it seems Lucho appreciates him, then why not try one season ?
If he gets rotate but delivers when he plays it’s no like he would lose market value or teams won’t be interest in him later. Also the club would be more than willing to sell him for any offer for €100m next season if he still wants a guarantee spot in other team.
