Daniel Peretz will stay at FC Bayern this summer. Vincent Kompany has made it clear that he wants to keep him. Peretz will now compete with Sven Ulreich for the #2 spot [@Plettigoal]

  1. Imagine Nübel coming to the training grounds, 2 years down the line… when Peretz is now the new No 1 after Neuer retired, totally flabbergasted that Bayern has put someone in front of him yet again

  2. Bayerns handling of the GK position has been so strange.

    Neuers ego is preventing the club from bringing in a real competition, is driving away promising young QBs all while hes playing like a washed mascott

  4. I like Peretz, I think he’s quite an exciting prospect – but him staying next season doesn’t really make much sense. How much of a competition is starting for the #2 spot really lol? Manu starts every game including cup games when fit and Ulle is first choice when he isn’t.

    Ulle (probably) also retires in 2025, I think a one year loan for Peretz and bring him back next next summer as the #2 seems like a more reasonable option.

    Unless Kompany has a plan for phasing Manu and Ulle out this season and he sees Peretz as part of that 🤷‍♂️

  6. Sometimes I feel bad for ulreich, I respect him a lot, being instantly in form and shape when neuer can’t play, he delivers, he doesn’t bitch and instantly sits on the bank again, cheering neuer from the sidelines
