Ukraine Accuses Russia of a GRISLY War Crime!

Ukrainian prosecutors aren’t accusing Russia and Russian armed forces of a Grizzly crime just what is going on and is it emblematic of a larger problem within the Russian Armed Forces I’m Paul US Army Combat veteran let’s talk about it okay so YouTube censors I’m going to cover this news story uh appropriately without showing anything graphic don’t demonetize me I think this stuff is important actually right and this is from the Ukrainian prose General who says that Russian troops have beheaded a Ukrainian Soldier and this is from the Ukrainian prosecutor General Andre Cen uh who alleged that Russian troops beheaded a Ukrainian soldier in eastern denet um Ukrainian military identified this because they found they saw the solders head on a damaged armored vehicle a damaged amrap during aerial reconnaissance caran law enforcement opened an investigation to establish the facts of the case in the UN High Commissioner of human rights at least has a record of six extra judicial killings of Ukrainian prisoners of war in 6 months in 2023 now Ukraine is of course investigating uh this beheading um right and what they is interesting is that they claim actually uh to have um identified the actual name of the soldier in it but uh first off if I am not going to watch this uh uncensored video right but if you are interested in supporting the channel you can do so on combat vets.com this is the best way to support it it basically functions like patreon um you guys know YouTube routinely demonetizes my content and sometimes I’m going to say the algorithm is is less kind to my videos particularly when they uh discuss certain controversial topics so if you want to support me and get access to uncensored combat footage not pointlessly graphic stuff but uh the real combat footage that gives us real information about what it’s like on the front line the tactics the units the locations of the fighting you want to become a member any one of these tiers will get you access to the twice weekly video drops of the combat footage you sometimes it’s as little as a few hours old um but we’re going to roll out some additional benefits for the lieutenant here and above here coming up as the site is being redone so become a member now get in on the ground floor okay so this is what I thought was interesting the uh ukrainians actually claim um that the individual who was beheaded by the Russian troops has been identified uh they also discovered the solders body um and Ukraine alleges this is part of a planned strategy by the Kremlin now the prosecutor General said his office received information that Russian commanders actually given orders quote not to capture Ukrainian servicemen but instead kill them by beheading this depicts a uh military vehicle looks like a actually looks like a Russian vehicle um with a severed head placed on top of it but the video can’t the photo can’t be independently verified even the K have independent acknowledges that but it seems unlikely that Ukraine would roll out this kind of bold claim without pretty robust evidence now the question is why that’s the big question because here’s the thing US military in 20 years of of war in Afghanistan also had soldiers who on one hand desecrated the bodies of enemy soldiers um sometimes posing them in sort of embarrassing or humiliating ways um and sometimes uh uh engaging in sort of exceptionally cruel Behavior another example would be the Navy SEAL accused of um uh cutting the Thro of a wounded uh fighter who was uh a minor uh I think he was 16 or 17 so you know this sort of behavior is something that happens in militaries the it is a war crime but it is not an indictment of the entire war effort uh and that you can determine by the consequences right US military very open with the fact that uh many of those war crimes were prosecuted many of the people that did it were charged with crimes and taken to trial right they were seen and identified as abhorent uh and a VI and violating the military’s internal standards for conduct now that doesn’t mean the US military always goes after its war criminals right you might remember the Abu gra incident something that actually was uh many historians consider to have galvanized the Iraqi resistance to American forces um and that incident uh the only people charged were low-level soldiers Specialists um and those of you that have served in the military understand that egregious abuse like what was documented in Abu gra is not something that is dreamed up by the Specialists alone the commanders essentially got off scotf free many of them continued their careers um despite having obviously failed in a a core aspect of the the moral Mandate of a of a military leader and a military officer officer so the the US military is not like immune to this kind of behavior but the fact that the Russian military is not acknowledging that this happened is not investigating it in its own right uh should tell you right there that the military the Russian military um at least permits this kind of behavior and from what we’ve seen of Russian military culture it just makes sense um they have very little uh code of loyalty among soldiers they have very little uh training at all um and they’re notorious for recruiting from penal battalions individuals who have already conducted crimes now what hasn’t been established is whether this uh event that uh KV is alleging is a desecration of an already uh killed combatant or a brutal way of killing a captured P um while while both are bad one is significantly significantly worse and would reflect again a deeper more systemic problem within the Russian military um now you may be like Ukraine does Ukraine do these things I think almost certainly um the key difference is that Ukraine has a tremendous incentive to maintain a high standard for the law of War mainly because Western countries can only back only a condition of their aid is that Ukraine follows the law of war and so therefore Ukraine to avoid sort of the political environment in Europe and the United States souring on them has a tremendous incentive to again behave you cannot behave perfectly but Ukraine will sit there and go these are the standards of how soldiers are or how enemy combatants are treated um these and when they fail to do so there is a process for charging and penalizing soldiers that violate the law of war and anyway guys I’m going to keep you updated on this story as it develops as we learn more um but again a huge thank you to everybody be sure to subscribe to the video like the subscribe to the channel like the video and join us on coment news new video just dropped today and it’s honestly pretty wild see you

  1. An the UN is focused on telling Israel not to defend themselves against terrorists… and Russia is kept on the Human Rights council…. UN is a complete joke

  2. That shit is going to happen. Many warfighers take trophies. But in experience, that shit only servrs to galvanize the opposing force.

  3. That’s not a smart move by the Russians.
The Ukrainians drone squads are already ruthless.
This is extra motivation for them

  4. Paul that Navy SEAL was actually performing medical care on that ISIS fighter and was cleared. He was a commander and a few SEALS in his unit had it out for him.

  5. Speaking of Youtube Censors….lets try this again.

In Iraq I saw a few people turned into Pez dispensers (youtube don't like me talking about B*hea*i*gs ). There is a reason why I run with a 100% PTSD VA rating….that was a small part of why but a damn good start. Finding the Noggin in the back of the truck while our friend was still at the steering wheel was difficult to take….

  6. That guy probably got it better then the detained POWs. Let's be honest. We've all seen the POWs they sent back.

  7. I mean, the current terrorist government of Russia is lead by a wanted criminal known for human right violation, so that is unfortunately expected of him.

  8. More like Ukraine is trying to deter its soldiers from surrendering. Common sense would lead anyone to that conclusion.

  9. Ukranians are desperate. Literally trying to push the west into ww3 cuz they realizing that Russia is serious. Might want to make plans to leave Europe.

  10. Britain has and still is proud of its Paratroopers. From their fighting the odds at Arnhem to literally walking with full kit half way across the Falklands to defeat the Argentinians in the Islands Capital Stanley.

However we are still wondering how to approach the deployment of Paratroopers to Northern Ireland in 1972 and the events of Bloody Sunday. We are also debating how to approach the investigation of elderly former Army Personnel who had taken the heads of Village Elders, during anti Communism missions, in the run up to giving Malaysia its independence.

France has similar issues with its elderly military who were engaged in Indo China (Later Vietnam) and Algeria. Know US has had problems from Custer's massacre of Native Americans, Mi Lai and other Vietnam war abuses through to the torture of Prisoners in Abu Ghraib but believe me a Putin win in Ukraine that creep will prove he's Russia's next Stalin.

If America want's to remain as the Leader of the Free Democratic World, which you guys will have to decide amongst your selves in November, then … …

  11. Not the first time, there is thousands of rapes, tortures and hundreds of beheadings. My coworkers sister was tortured and raped, her 2 year old son tortured. When the relatives reported the crime to FSB they disappeared. It's a genocide.

  12. beheading soldiers is a war crime, ok. seems legit. so all those syrian kids obama blew up? is that a war crime? those us soldiers lost in that embasy? is hilary clinton responsible for that? it seems like an awful lot of cherry picking from a nation that perpetrates alot of dishonorable behavior. glass house, throwing big stones…

  13. The Russian leadership knows they cannot lose or they will be held accountable for their crimes. It is systemic to the point we are looking at most of the Russian military, political and business leadership of Russia that should be in front of the ICC

  14. One of the most notable head photo that rolling stones published from the US Army they were removing it from the hesco barrier and the reporter said hey smile

  15. If the Russian army doesn't care about their own soldiers, why would they care what happens to Ukrainian civilians and soldiers.
