Health Ministry officials in Gaza say that 40 people have been killed after an Israeli air strike on a un school which was Sheltering displaced Palestinians Witnesses said 23 women and children were among the dead Israeli military claimed they had targeted Hamas militants who they accused of using the school to launch attacks on Israeli soldiers
