It breaks my heart these poor billionaires have to play by the rules.
In regards to multi club ownership and transfers between them. If a transfer between clubs is agreed say £10m over 3 seasons then other clubs must be allowed to match it like for like
Billionaire chemical manufacturer dislikes regulations? Colour me shocked.
In short, “let me make Man Utd great again” by having an open market. Presumably knowing the Qataris would come back in with unlimited wealth.
He discusses the idea of “not breaking something that wasn’t broken”, but seemingly overlooks why Chelsea and Man City broke the market in the first place.
The problem with the regulation isn’t having too much, it’s the fact that no matter what option you pick, literally half (or more) of the league will be pissed about the outcome.
– Option 1, close the league. Everything equal. EFL stragglers and local football community outraged.
– Option 2, Everything’s equal in current league structure. European representatives outraged due to lack of continental competitiveness. Non-European clubs outraged due to less opportunity to play in those competitions.
– Option 3, Everything’s fair in the current league structure. Non-European representatives outraged because Top 6,7,8 clubs get more financial allowance to compete with continent.
– Option 4, Keep everything as it is. Other 14 and state clubs outraged.
Just In: Billionaire doesn’t like being told no, is confused why unlimited money isn’t the answer to solving every problem he has.
Lol, so they voted to enforce the rules that they couldn’t exploit, but are voting against the rules that restricts their spending.
I know clubs will always act with self-interest. But this is what frustrates me about football (and fans) these days.
People don’t act in the best interest of football, they act in the way that gives them the best chance of winning something.
BRRREEEEEEEXXXXXIIIIITTTTAAAAHHHHH. You can smell the cuntitude off him.
its only been a few months and im already sick of hearing from this cunt.
Isn’t that what they said about the banks before 2008?
Based take.
I don’t like him or his INEOS goons and I support United
Wasn’t the whole point of breaking away into the PL was for the top clubs to be able to self regulate?
Now an even smaller group of mega rich clubs don’t like the rules they themselves were apart of coming up with they are getting all upset.
_Breaking news: billionaire doesn’t like regulation_
Nothing will happen
He bought 1/3 of Mercedes F1 after they had won 8vtitles in a row and now they havent even won a race in 3 years. Classic billionaire, good at poisonous chemicals but a twat in real life.
