  7. Most western european flags are boring tbh. The Balkans though have some really great flags. Croatia, Montenegro, Albania, Serbia, Slovenia etc… all beautiful imo.

  8. Ours is superior. We got the engineers to measure the centre precisely whereas the Danish thought “Fuck it, we’ll slap it on and that’ll do”.

  13. We have two flag designs in Europe, a cross or a tricolor. The cross is obviously the superior design.

  23. dude, you’re sabotaging our glorious Nation with this post. Milan, Genoa and Bologna have the exact same flag as England! we can’t put ourselves at risk like this. 

  24. Denmark’s flag is a little asymmetrical and that makes it a bit more exciting. I like it

  30. You literally have three stripes with no geometry beyond that at all, like a million others. 

    The Union Jack has a beguiling simplicity with hidden complexity that makes it not quite as symmetric as most people think. Common British W.
