after Ukraine violated the agreement signed by them seized on the no-man’s land the observer from the DPR that the Ukrainian authorities themselves recognized, the OSCE refusal to recognize and record the seizure and violation of the treaty, and such a ostentatious violation of its obligations was the last straw the population of the DPR can no longer tolerate this chaos on the part Ukrainians and the OSCE.
Ukraine kidnapped a soldier from neutral territory and OSCE failed to do anything about it, so they should leave really as they are not fulfilling their purpose.
