  2. I gotta say I like Biden on the climate. Not 100% perfect and definitely could be better but heavy investment in solar power for cheap power and nuclear power for a reliable baseline is a great energy strategy for killing fossil fuels power plants, which is the big thing to be focusing on right now for the most immediate gains in GHG reductions.

    I think despite his fumbles like promising no new drilling on federal lands and then doing that exact thing anyway he could still go down as the best president in history for slowing climate change.

    Hoping we could 4 more years of this. Add a carbon tax (even one way smaller than it deserves to be) and that’s pretty much the big three for displacing fossil fuel dependency.

  3. Good that it’s near-unanimous. If this can get off the ground, it’ll save acres upon acres of land that won’t have to be built up and/or mined for materials while simultaneously cutting off emissions.
