  4. If he’s smart, he’ll show respect for the court, and show up on time with the appropriate demeanor. No sunglasses, flip-flops or entourage. It might indicate to the public that he takes DWI charges seriously.

    So, naturally… he won’t do any of that.

  6. That’s likely just the court date given on his paperwork when released for his initial court date. His lawyer will probably go in and waive his right to a speedy trial and get that pushed back. Which is something that is normal and they do for non-celebrities and normal folks all the time.

  10. OK, hear me out. I think there’s a conspiracy for famous artists getting ready to go on tour and then something personal happens that they can’t make that tour date. Getting all the money. Maybe it’s Ticketmaster.
