  1. 1. The Rosa camuna makes for a beautiful flag
    2. That’s what happens when you’re under a state devoted to erasing local cultures

  2. The second one looks like the branding of some luxury beachside resort

  3. The calabrian flag looks as if it was designed by the nephew of the local politician.

  4. We got some good ones, like Sicily, Sardinia, Piedmont or Veneto; but at the same time some of them are orribile, like Calabria, Molise, Marche or Emilia-Romagna.

  5. I like the Lombard one tbh. The Veneto and Sicily ones are pretty dope.

  6. Never understood why we have this shit when Repubblica di Genova has used S. George’s cross for 1000 years

  7. Imagine trying to invent flags instead of just using a million different variations of “chad lion on a plain or patterned background + coats of arms”

  8. My region’s doesn’t, I don’t care about inferior regions.

  9. Honestly the Calabrian one is not beautiful but has a lot of cool meaning The pine represents the natural beauty of the region. The column recalls the age of Magna Graecia. The Byzantine Cross recalls the Byzantine Empire of which Calabria was part. The Enhanced Cross recalls the value of the Calabrian crusaders during the first crusade under Norman leadership

  10. Some flags are good, and then there’s Marche flag…
