Left wing parties not working together? I am shocked
The Irish left squabbling amongst themselves?! I for one am shocked!
Would love Ennis as mayor of Dublin. Good skin who cares a lot about his local community and I can hopefully see him making real change to north inner city Dublin during his time as a councillor. Shels cunt though
First thing on the agenda….
The two parties (Labour/Green) known for propping up NeoLiberal governments, torpedo a left-wing alliance? *shock*
At least this shows the Social Democrats are likely to be a credible alternative, who won’t whore themselves out to FF/FG just to get into government.
Labour and Greens walked away. Their only move now is to work with FF/FG.
Tomorrow we will probably have the usual BS excuses -the other parties/politicians just want left or brave enough for us et cetera.
The left will always eat itself, for the most part coalition agreements quicker.
Well, that was quick.
>The progressive alliance said they agreed upon an “agenda of inclusion” which they said focuses on providing social and affordable housing, addressing fuel poverty, safer streets and better public services.
One can only speculate why the greens and labour walked away from this…..almost as if they hate poor people as much as ffg
Thanks Labour!

The fucking LPT again, can we just raise it and stop arguing about it ffs. We’re basically just giving tax breaks to property owners otherwise.
Labour and the greens prefer working with the centre right than with those ideologically closer to what they claim their principles are.
No one should be shocked by either of them absolutely losing their principles when it’s time to actually push for them.
Party that has a leader from Dublin Bay South that is also a professor in Trinity College prop up Fine Gael, shock/horror.
If anyone is dumb/naive enough to vote for Labour thinking they won’t be the next Green Party and go into bed with Fine Gael then you deserve all you get.
Couldn’t blame anyone for not wanting to be strapped to the roof of the PBP clown car.
And immediately you have a bunch of gowls arguing about what’s really left wing in the comments.
You people are beyond parody and I’m saying that as one of you.
What can you expect from “The People’s Front of Judea”
Soon the purges will start.
>The annual meeting of Dublin City Council takes place on Friday.
Surely they meet more often than that?
> inclusion and anti-racism as its core
What does that even mean?
Lot of people in this thread struggling with the outcome of the recent elections I see.
