When we help, it makes a difference. Don’t let anyone ever say there’s no point in sending weapons to Ukraine (or letting Ukraine use US weapons to strike russia). US support for Ukraine actually means something and actually helps Ukraine do better in the fight against russia. It really makes me happy to know that there are real results coming from this!
And I love seeing the pic of people relaxing on the beach (river 😆). It’s nice that they can have some fun even in such a hard time.
Yeah, I was a bit surpised how much difference it makes. Lots of countries are supplying weapons, but US weapons to Ukraine are a major deal.
I celebrate USA when I see we help people live in some liberty even if for day. What a change from the last twenty years of Bush II adventure.
Anyone who lives in Kharkiv, has it been a noticeable change? I know after May things changed dramatically, so is it like before May or somewhere in between?
Another lesson where when a real aggressor is near, the only real way of achieving peace is deterrence, and, if necessary, defense.
Notice how much pro-invaders factions accuse *any* country of escalating war just because they gather up defenses. Who’s still foolish enough to believe that, for free?
Russia isn’t so brave when the other side can hit back. Typical bully.
