The US sent the god dam coast guard to shadow this not even our navy that is all the projection of power this was. Coast guard curious that Russian boats work.
Putin is a joke. Russia is a joke. Everybody’s done it for a long time. This is just a continued part of that.
Didnt Russian submarine was photographed with it’s secret sound absorbimg clading missing? It fell off . If anything it proved that their ships are utter junk.
