About 20 years ago, there was this one World Cup classifying match: Croatia vs Serbia. Serbia was ou no matter the results. Croatia could only qualify if it beat serbia.
During the match a Croatian player fouled a Serbian and started taunting him. Serbian punched him in the nuts and dropped the Croatian. Referee expelled the Serbian and marked the foul, but even with a man short, Croatia could not beat Serbia and the game end up in a tie with Croatia being left out.
I have never seen anybody celebrate a tie like the Serbians did. Belgrade was up all night, shouting, chanting, and drinking. Graffiti was put out all over the city stating that the Croatian had no balls.

There is no problem with Turkey playing against Albania, they are best friends when they both play for Switzerland.
