I had a scooter and decided to try a Bikeep scooter rack near Viru Keskus. For me it seemed everything was secure. Bikeep station was under camera's site and station itself was fully functioning. I left the scooter for 3 hours and it got stolen!
It happened only to me or there are any other similar cases? If so, we can collaborate to submit a group claim to the police, draw Bikeep's attention to hole in their security system, and hopefully get our vehicles back or at least get a full compensation for them.

What did Bikeep say when you contacted them?
For my scooter at least, thief could quickly screw upper part off and cut a few wires?
I’m not entirely convinced this isn’t a troll post.. what model was it?
As said, if what is claimed here is true, thief probably disassembled the handle in some way. I’m not sure if Bikeep has any legal liability but it might not be a bad idea to contact them (if you haven’t done so for any reason), they might compensate your scooter or at least help with informing the police.
usually handle is secured with two to four hex bolts. It takes about 20 seconds to get scooter from this rack.
With slim design ninebots you dont even have to cut throuh the handle wires. Just holding gps tracker sticker visible and leave it on streets would be safer option.
Under cameras sight? Then it would be easy to check what happened exactly?
Please write to both Bikeep and whoever owns the cameras and keep us bupdated 🙏 And of course file a police report as well.
