    >Three years after the collapse of a school under construction on Nieuw Zuid in Antwerp, the victims have still not received compensation, according to lawyer Jan Buelens. He thinks that the city of Antwerp and main contractor Democo are letting things drag on, but the latter points the finger at the insurers. The collapse killed 5 construction workers and injured 9 others.
