The kid needs game time. But I honestly don’t agree with this, with loaning him out. We need him in the squad, especially when we are gonna be playing over 70 games next season. We need the depth
He will find very limited play time in a team with Vinicius, Mbappe, Rodrygo and Bellingham playing on the last 1/3 of the field. Injuries aside what minutes he can find will have to be disputed with Joselu and Endrick.
Joselu is relatively old and a bench player so there is no issue for him. Endrick can play in RM Castilla and then join the first team as needed. But I think a loan is a better option for Arda rather than eating bench or going to Castilla.
And among the potential teams you can loan Real Sociedad might not be the best but they are far from the worse.
If Kubo is leaving to Liverpool this would be a good move as long as he gets assured playtime.
Complete BS. Real will be competing in potentially 70 matches this season, we’re gonna need the depth if we want any hope of winning trophies.
Lmao
What people don’t think about with loans is that game time is only two hours a week. The entire rest of the week is super important too and spending that time with Ancelotti and the RM squad is really valuable and way better than being at another team with potentially different tactics, maybe worse training, nutrition, etc.
Playing time is important of course, but it’s not the only thing that matters.
No chance. He’s too good, simple as that.
This is a rare situation where I would leave it up to the player. Does he want significantly more minutes next season or would he rather continue with Madrid and get to train with them every day? Some players like Odegaard just want to play more. Others prefer to train with the best players in the world and fight for a spot at the greatest club in the world, even if the chance is low.
