Long story short I zoned out and was going about 75-80 kph through a 50 inside city limits. I fucked up my fault no excuse.
So I potentially will receive a ticket (it's been 6 weeks now) in the mail eventually…if it's over 26kph does that mean I will receive a 1 month ban or is that for repeat offenders?
The https://www.bussgeldkatalog.org/german-driving-laws/ isn't a little confusing it shows two charts, one is older and one is newer. It looks like I would only lose my license if this happened more than once.
Anyone know exactly what the current law is? Thanks for the help I just want to be prepared for the worst.

First two charts. One is for inside towns, one is for outside.
That much over in city limits will definitely get you a driving ban, even for a first time offender. That’s well outside of “oops” territory.
