The museum opened on 19th June. It's located in Oława, near Wrocław. It features over 450 cars, 190 bicycles and 100 motorbikes, making it the biggest exhibition of this type in whole Poland.

While there are many cars from all over the world, oldest ones being from 19th century and newest around 20-year old, the special focus is on the Polish automotive industry.

On the photos you can see not just vehicles, but also the PRL-themed exhibitions showing the everyday life in Cold War Poland.

Among my favourite vehicles are the ones with local history, like the bus and trucks from nearby Jelcz factory.

In last photos you can see that Maluch (Fiat 126p) gets a special treatment in museum. Multiple models with factory mileage, most of them with unique history (at least two of these were kept in literal living rooms, you can even see the reconstruction on the photo). The last Maluch ever produced is also present.

I strongly recommend te visit for all the car enthusiasts.

  1. Art. Spożywcze. Hilariously wrong.

Aside from the fact ham and other cold-cuts were almost never visibly available (small contingents being immediately hidden “pod ladà” for friends and family) sausages and other meats would be hung on wall hooks. The fridge was reserved for cheeses and garmażeria.

I think they used an AI to design this exhibit. Or just paid some uneducated millennials…
