  1. Swings and roundabouts, should have stayed home and had a Baileys with his friend Sophie.

  2. If you’re gonna commit fraud at least commit to the bit. You couldn’t get me out of a wheelchair or off crutches if it was me. I’d be getting acupuncture and massages every week and convincing the doctor I need prescription pain killers reserved for elephants to deal with the pain (which I’d flush down the toilet).

These people are both pathetic for committing fraud and pathetic for the lack of effort they put in. Same goes for the woman whose claim was tossed when she was pictured throwing a Christmas tree.

  3. I absolutely fucking love those videos of people getting caught and called out 😂😂

  4. She was going for €300k by the way, and is also on disability benefit, some little country we have on the go in fairness…

  5. Shocking carry on, almost as bad as the woman who got caught out by winning a Christmas tree throwing competition

  6. A client of mine (I’m not a solicitor; I do their IT) was sued by a customer allegedly blinded by an incident at their business. The next week, they were photographed drinking on the edge of the Cliffs of Moher while messing around with their mates. Their solicitor still insisted on going to court and refused to allow their client to be medically tested. It went to court, and they lost, to the tune of about €50k out of my client’s pocket which they can’t recover.

Whatever it is about the claimants, can we please start publicly flogging the supporting solicitors?

  7. For all the naysayers, yes this may have been fraudulent but I’ve a long term back injury.

I lift, swim, cycle, play sports, and could throw Christmas trees.
I also randomly cry out with sudden pain, spend days in agony, and am lucky to have a (for the most part) non-physical job. I get regular pain injections in local pain clinic and am probably going to need surgery (hopefully in the distant future)

  8. They should be charged with fraud , and fined the amount they tried to claim.

  9. Honest question. Does this happen in other EU countries to the level it seems to happen here?

  10. Scum like that drive all our premiums, amongst other things, up!

  11. Former Lidl worker and Christmas tree thrower they both polish shame on me,😕

  12. This should mean Lidl is allowed to countersue this person for Fraud and slander

  13. People with back injuries can still exercise, even in extreme cases with a lot of limitations of course.

Not trying to defend him, because since he dropped the suit, this doesn’t apply to him at all and was probably trying to get a settlement out of this and never get to the stage of a deep judicial medical analysis.
