  1. Trumponomics was so terrible that 2019 was rated by Americans as the best economy of the prior 20 years.

As 2019 comes to a close, the US economy earns its highest ratings in almost two decades, potentially boosting President Donald Trump in matchups against the Democrats vying to face him in next year’s election, [according to a new CNN poll conducted by SSRS](http://cdn.cnn.com/cnn/2019/images/12/20/rel14c.-.economy,.general.election.pdf).

Overall, 76% rate economic conditions in the US today as very or somewhat good, significantly more than those who said so at this time last year (67%). This is the highest share to say the economy is good since February 2001, when 80% said so.

  2. The Trump economy was a good follow up to the Obama years. Everything changed in January 2020.

  3. Fake news.
The current economy is a disaster.
No spin can change that. Sorry.

  4. Trump is the reason we suffered through so much inflation. That and the fact his administration removed all accountability from the PPP loans. It wound up being a giant cash grab for his buddies.

  5. Lol seriously how can anyone be so stupid to believe that the convicted felon and Epstein’s BFF, who pressured the fed to keep interest low, added 8 trillion to the debt during a strong economy and got a million killed by covid is a good alternative?
